OMAR IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 29 MPH...46 KM/HR. A GRADUAL TURN TOWARD THE NORTHEAST WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED TONIGHT AND SATURDAY.
