JOSEPHINE IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 13 MPH...20 KM/HR. A MOTION BETWEEN THE WEST AND WEST-NORTHWEST IS FORECAST DURING THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS.
