EFFECT FROM THE MOUTH OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER WESTWARD TO CAMERON.
A TROPICAL STORM WARNING MEANS THAT TROPICAL STORM CONDITIONS ARE
EXPECTED WITHIN THE WARNING AREA WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS.
