CRISTOBAL IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST NEAR 21 MPH...33 KM/HR... AND A TURN TOWARD THE EAST-NORTHEAST WITH A FURTHER INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED IS EXPECTED DURING THE NEXT DAY OR TWO.
