NEAR 12 MPH...19 KM/H. A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHWEST IS
EXPECTED TODAY...FOLLOWED BY A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH TONIGHT. ON
THE FORECAST TRACK...THE CORE OF THE HURRICANE WILL MOVE OVER THE
