WEATHER RECON FLIGHTS OUT OF PUERTO RICO CONTINUE TO SHOW THE LARGE AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OVER THE TROPICAL ATLANTIC GETTING BETTER ORGANIZED AS THE TIME PROGRESSES THERE IS A 90% CHANCE OF TROPICAL CYCLONE FORMATION IN THE NEXT 48 HOURS IF TRENDS CONTINUE ADVISORIES WILL HAVE TO BE BEGUN LATER TONIGHT OR EARLY SUNDAY MORNING SO FAR SFMR INDICATES WINDS BELOW 30 KTS STILL BUT NOT BY MUCH. STILL AT FLIGHT LEVEL WINDS HAVE INCREASED TO 55KTS.
THERE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ADVISORYS MAY HAVE TO BE STARTED BUT WILL WAIT TILL THE MORNING DATA FROM THE EARLY MORNING RECONOCANCE FLIGHT FROM PUERTO RICO TO MAKE THE OFFICAL DERMINATION INTO WEATHER OR NOT TO BEGIN ADVISORIES ON A NEW TROPICAL CYCLONE IF IT GETS A NAME IT WILL BE NAMED EMILY THE 5TH NAME ON THE LIST OF STORMS.
