MORNING WILL MOVE EASTWARD ALONG THE GULF COAST TODAY THROUGH
MONDAY. MOISTURE AHEAD OF THIS SYSTEM WILL MOVE NORTHEAST FROM
THE GULF INTO THE COLD ARCTIC AIR IN PLACE ACROSS THE REGION.
ACCUMULATING SNOWFALL WILL DEVELOP FROM THE SOUTHWEST AFTER
MIDNIGHT MONDAY AND SPREAD ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY .
