A SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL 4PM FOR THE UPPER
TIDAL POTOMAC AND UNTIL 7PM FOR THE LOWER TIDAL POTOMAC AND THE
MARYLAND CHESAPEAKE BAY.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...THURSDAY THROUGH TUESDAY
LOW PRESSURE WILL MOVE ACROSS THE REGION ON THURSDAY. EARLY
MORNING TEMPERATURES WILL BE COLD ENOUGH ACROSS NORTH AND WEST
MARYLAND AND THE PANHANDLE OF WEST VIRGINIA WHERE A PERIOD OF
FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET IS LIKELY THURSDAY MORNING. SOME MINOR ICE
ACCUMULATIONS ARE POSSIBLE BEFORE PRECIPITATION CHANGES TO RAIN BY
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. IF THESE TRENDS CONTINUE...A WINTER WEATHER
ADVISORY MAY BE REQUIRED FOR PORTIONS OF MARYLAND AND EASTERN WEST
