POTENTAL FOR WINTER STORM EXISTS ON CHRISTMAS AND SATURDAY NIGHT.
A PEACE OF ENERGY COMEING DOWN FROM CANADA IS GOING TO BRING COLD TEMPERATURES TO THE WASHINGTON METRO AREA JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS CHANCES OF A WHITE CHRISTMAS ARE NOW ABOUT 80% FOR SATURDAY. THOUGH ITS TO EARLY TO TELL WHAT EXACTLY WILL HAPPEN ON THE WEEKEND THE WEATHER SERVICE WILL BE CLOSELY FOLLOWING THE STORM AND THE POTENTAL FOR A WINTER STORM SNOW IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SOMETIME FRIDAY NIGHT WITH A 30% CHANCE OF SNOW FRIDAY NIGHT AND A 50% CHANCE OF SNOW ON SATURDAY.
