AT 846 AM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUES TO
SHOW MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN FALLING OVER ALL OF MONTGOMERY COUNTY.
ELSEWHERE IN THE WARNING AREA...RAINFALL IS LIGHTER AT THE MOMENT
BUT RADAR SHOWS ANOTHER AREA OF MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN THAT IS
EXPECTED TO MOVE FROM SOUTHERN LOUDOUN COUNTY INTO WESTERN FAIRFAX
COUNTY AFTER 900 AM.
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
