the area will see a transition from the warmer air to cooler and breezy weather as a cold front swings through in the afternoon. Highs should reach the upper 60s ahead of the front by the early afternoon hours. A few showers are possible during the afternoon as the front passes, then breezy northwesterly winds around 10-20 mph will take over and a cooler airmass will sink into the region. Thursday night will be cold as lows fall back into the 30s under partly cloudy skies.
