87.0 WEST. THE DEPRESSION IS MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST NEAR 12
MPH...19 KM/HR. THIS GENERAL MOTION IS FORECAST TO CONTINUE
TODAY...WITH A DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED EXPECTED ON THURSDAY. ON
