SHOULD BEGIN TO MOVE TOWARD THE NORTH AND NORTHEAST WITH AN
INCREASE IN FORWARD SPEED LATER TODAY. BECAUSE COLIN HAS BEEN
STATIONARY ITS ANTICIPATED ARRIVAL TO BERMUDA HAS BEEN DELAYED UNTIL
EARLY SUNDAY.
