URGENT-WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE OLNEY,MD 3:10 PM EST DECEMBER 19,2009
.....BLIZZARD WARNING CANCLED ...WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT TILL 6 AM SUNDAY DECEMBER 20,2009 NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN OLNEY HAS CANCLED THE BLIZZARD WARNING AND KEEPS THE WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT TILL 6 AM TOMARROW MORNING STRONG WINDS THAT WHERE EXPECTED HAVE NOT MATTERLIZED WINDS WILL BE GUSTY BUT NOT STRONG ENOUGH FOR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS SO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS CANCLED THE BLIZZARD WARNING LEAVING THE WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT SNOW FALL TOTALS AT THE OFFICE ARE 17 TO 20 INCHES SO FAR AND ITS SNOWING AT A RATE OF 2 INCHES AN HR SO MORE WILL BE ADDED TO THAT TOTAL TOTAL FORECAST SNOW IS 15 TO 24 INCHES
