fred was downgraded to a remnant low on sept saturday sept 12th at 5 pm and advisories have been discontinued at 21 however recently there are sighns that its trying to regenerate and if it can we will resume advisorys at 22 when the storm regenerates right now there is a meadum potental for regeneration to a tropical cyclone medum 30 to 50 percent.
