Time 5Pm Location 17.3N 35.1W winds 90 pressure 975 Moition NNW-9 remarks: Fred now feeling the effects of moderate south-southwesterly shear and the deep convection beeing blown to the north and east of the center of curulation an eye seemed to try to form and become clear but clouds have obsured the eye once again the deep convection still wraps around the center but its devorak numbers are warming and there for the winds have been lowared to 80 kts or 90 Mph makeing Fred a catagory 1 hurricane further weakening is likely to occure as the shear increases and takes its toll and should weeken fred to a remnant low in 2 to 3 days.
