Remarks: eye feature of hurricane Fred not well defined looks like on infred imigry that the circulation is becomeing oblong and elongated and dryer air is intraining into the system therefor the winds have come down and the pressure has come up but fred is heading into a enviroment that is increasingly hostile to storms so fearther weakening is forecast and fred could degenerate into a remnant low by day 5 of the forecast period.
