Remarks: Fred now a major hurricane catagory 3 recent MSCAT and TRMM passes as well as visible show a well defind Eye placed right in the middle of a well formed CDO( central dense overcast) and the prospect for continued strentening is possible followed by a weakening trend as fred gets over Cooler SSTS(sea surface temperatures).
