Time 2:00 Pm Location 16.6N 64.7W Winds 40 Pressure 1008 motion W-9 Remarks: the center of erika was shifted farther south than previously thought with combined MSCAT data and Hurricane hunter recon data the center is about 150 Miles South East Of Ponce Puerto Rico motion has been stedy for the past few hrs though a sharp turn the north east then to the north west and a weakening trend is in the cards for Erika it continues to meander because its soo weak its bearly hanging on to tropical storm status it may degenerate to a remnant low or a tropical wave later today or tonight. anyway it would bring rain to Puerto Rico and Hispanola.
