Remarks: Noaa hurricane hunter aircraft is haveing a hard time finding the excact center of the tropical storm since the center is broad and there are smaller vortex still in the larger Low Envelope there for Erika Remains disorganized and tropical storm watches may be required for us vergin Island and Puerto Rico
