Remarks: Erika continues to get better organized and with the formation of storms in and close to the center of circulation and the pressure fall of 3 Mb in 3 hrs we may bump the winds up SFMR indicates winds 50Kts at the surface so we will up the winds to 60Mph in the 11 pm advisory it corilates with the pressure fall in 3 Hrs that indicates that Erika is getting better organized.
