Remarks: data from a Noaa and airforce hurricane hunter aircraft indicate that there is a surface circulation center and flight level winds of 52 kts with a SFMR reading at 45 knts there for we have a named tropical storm data from the recent MSCAT pass over head helped to locate the center of curlation even through the storm is undergoing some westerly shere the heavyest winds and rain is just to the east of the center though the center could reform under the deep convection.
