Remarks: Noaa and satalite data indicate the center is drifting westward at 2 mph however it doesnt look to healthy since its in a dry slot and with south westerly shere affecting it pushing the storms to a line NE/SW well east of the center so there for we are lowering the wind speed to 50 mph bast on the ASCAT data and NOAA WC-130 data as well.
