Tropical storm danny update
As of the 15:45Z image and the passes of the MSCAT and Noaa hurrricane hunter data continues to show Danny is very poorly organized and that there are centers trying to reform to the east of where the other center is located the MSCAT pass of 15:00Z showed a secondary center forming under neathe the heavy convection there fore the next advisory will most likely reflect that east ward shift NOAA Hurricane Hunters are haveing hard time defining the old exposed center it looks on satalite imiges to be filling in as a new center develops there for motion remains uncertin its 310 at 10 kts thats problematic at best given the fact the center keeps reforming to the east of past possition.
