Remamrks:Microwave pass from orbit indcaties the winds have increased and visible satalite imigry is just now starting to show a exposed low level center of cerculation its still feeling a north westerly shere but that is expected to lessen and danny may briefly become a hurricane anyway danny will be a strong tropical storm or extra tropical storm though it looks like it has the cariteristics of both tropical and sub tropical storm
