bill has lost its tropical charteristics and is classified now as a mid lattiude Low pressure center a reathe strong one haveing had its orginins in the tropics bill is expected to weaken as time goes on and will merge with a Icelandic Low in the north atalntic there for advisorys have been discontinued at number 36 as bill is now Extra Trpoical .
